These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and all purchases, workshops, lessons and services offered by VARA studios ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website
This website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the site in any way that could impair its functionality, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable laws.

2. Purchases & Product Information
All ceramic products are handmade and one of a kind. Variations in shape, size, texture, and glaze are natural and expected. All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available both within Canada and internationally. Costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. VARA studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

4. Returns & Damages
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the damage. We will review your case and work toward a resolution where appropriate.

5. Workshops & Lessons
By registering for a workshop or a lesson, participants agree to the following:
- Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be transferred to another individual or used as credit toward a future session if you are unable to attend.
- VARA studios does not offer make-up sessions or refunds for missed lessons.
- In the event that VARA studios must cancel or reschedule a workshop or a lesson due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and provided with a new date or alternative options.
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow health and safety guidelines. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
- Disclaimer: Pottery is an inherently unpredictable process. By participating in a workshop or lesson, you acknowledge that your final piece may have imperfections. These are considered part of the handmade experience and not grounds for refund or replacement.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and designs, is the property of VARA studios and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VARA studios will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
