1. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

4. Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Email clear photos of the item and packaging to hello@varastudios.com.
- We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

5. Imperfections Disclaimer
Each piece is handcrafted and unique. Variations in shape, texture, glaze, or surface are part of the process. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
